Ukrainians move `impressive' number of weapons, troops to Zaporozhye Region — official
Earlier, it was reported that Ukraine had deployed more than 450 special troops for combat operation
MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. Ukraine’s armed forces have so far deployed more weapons and troops to the line of contact in the Zaporozhye Region than there ever was in the course of the special military operation, the chair of the We Are Together with Russia movement, Vladimir Rogov, told TASS.
"The number of [Ukrainian] weapons and personnel deployed to the Zaporozhye [Region’s] line of contact so far is impressive. It exceeds any amount there ever was during the entire course of the special military operation by far," the official said.
Rogov said earlier that Ukraine had deployed more than 450 special troops for combat operations. According to him, in September, Ukrainian forces held at least three exercises to take their troops across the Dnieper. Up to five groups of 100-110 thoroughly equipped servicemen were being trained to cross the Dnieper during a training program that involved surveillance and attack drones, including Bayraktar TB2s, he specified.
