MOSCOW, May 20. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops have mined a motor bridge across the Desna River in the Chernigov region and plan to blow it up to accuse the Russian armed forces, Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Friday.

"Ukrainian neo-Nazis have mined a motor bridge across the Desna River near the village of Shestovitsa in the Chernigov region and plan to blow it up to cynically accuse Russian forces of alleged indiscriminate shelling of civil infrastructure facilities under the typical scenario," said Mizintsev, who also heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.
