MOSCOW, May 11. /TASS/. Nationalists have blocked more than 90,000 people in the residential areas and on the premises of over ten enterprises in the cities of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, the chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Wednesday.
"Overall, more than 90,000 civilians are trapped by the nationalists, who are hiding behind them as human shields, in the residential areas or on the premises of more than ten major industrial enterprises in Kramatorsk and Slavyansk," said Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.
