Four people wounded due to ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh
MOSCOW, March 27. /TASS/. Azerbaijan has withdrawn its troops from the settlement of Furukh in Nagorno-Karabakh after talks, the Russian defense ministry said on Sunday.
"Following the talks, the Azerbaijani side pulled its units from the area near the settlement of Furukh," it said.
Russia has reported two ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani troops in Nagorno-Karabakh, four people were wounded, the Russian defense ministry said on Sunday in a bulletin on the activities of Russia’s peacekeeping contingent in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"Two ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani armed forces were reported in the Askeran district. Four people (two on both sides) were wounded," it said, adding that the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent jointly with the representatives of the parties to the conflict stabilized the situation.
