Russian drone eliminates Ukrainian multiple rocket launcher from altitude of 3,000 meters
In the special military operation the drones are being used for reconnaissance and fire adjustment and for attacking targets
MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. An unmanned aerial vehicle of Russia’s aerospace force has eliminated a Ukrainian multiple rocket launcher, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a news release on Sunday.
"The multiple rocket launcher was destroyed by an unmanned aerial vehicle of Russia’s Aerospace Force with a smart weapon from an altitude of more than 3,000 meters," the Defense Ministry said.
In the special military operation the drones are being used for reconnaissance and fire adjustment and for attacking targets.
Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24 launched a special military operation in Ukraine following a request for assistance from the leaders of the Donbass republics. He said Moscow had no plans for an occupation of Ukrainian territories. The sole purpose is the country’s demilitarization and denazification. The Russian Defense Ministry says its forces are not attacking cities. Their focus is entirely on military infrastructures. The civilian population is not in danger.
