MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. The Russian approach to the use of nuclear weapons does not suppose a preemptive strike, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We have our own strategy, our own approach to the use of nuclear weapons, and it does not include a preemptive strike. We are talking about comparable measures in relation to threats aimed at us," Putin said during a meeting with Russian media representatives.
