MOSCOW, August 31 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday signed a decree on measures to liquidate the consequences of large-scale floods in the territories of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Primorye and Khabarovsk territories, the Amur and Magadan regions and the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Kremlin press service reported on Saturday.
“It is necessary to set up a government commission to liquidate the aftermaths of large-scale floods in the territories of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Primory and Khabarovsk territories, the Amur and Magadan regions and the Jewish Autonomous Region,” the presidential decree says.
