KIRKENES, June 4 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said new states' joining NATO does not change the stability situation. "We do not think that the membership of new states in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is creating a new situation with ensuring stability," he said at a news conference of the prime ministers of the Barents Euro Arctic Council on Tuesday.
