KIROV, April 18 (Itar-Tass) - The Lenin district court of Kirov is holding an unbiased review of the case against Opposition activist Alexei Navalny and his suspected accomplice Pyotr Ofitserov, accused of misusing the property of the Kirovles company," Navalny's lawyer Olga Mikhailova said at a news briefing here on Wednesday.

"The Wednesday hearing showed that the judge would not meet all our petitions, yet it also showed that the court would hold an unbiased review of the case," Mikhailova said.
