MOSCOW, March 29 (Itar-Tass) – Russia’s traffic wars claim up to 30,000 lives a year, which is a very sad statistics, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told a meeting on traffic security on Friday.

“Since 2006, we have been fixing decline of accidents by seven percent a year,” he said. However, in 2012, there was a certain growth of traffic accidents and the victims and injured. That may be explained by many reasons “and they are to be addressed,” the prime minister said.
