MAKHACHALA, March 10 (Itar-Tass) – A secondary school teacher of the Russian language has been killed in the settlement of Kurakh in the North Caucasian republic of Dagestan, a spokesman for the republican investigations committee told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

According to the spokesman, the body of the woman, Fazina Ibragimova, was found in her own house. She had numerous knife wounds.

An investigation is underway.
