CARACAS, February 18 (Itar-Tass) - Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa has been re-elected as Head of State as a result of Sunday polls. Ecuadorian television reports that Correa polled almost 58 percent of the vote, getting far ahead his main rival Guillermo Lasso who gained only 23 percent of the vote.
