UNITED NATIONS, February 12 (Itar-Tass) – The UN Security Council has resolutely denounced the nuclear test carried out by North Korea on Tuesday, South Korea’s Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan said after the urgent meeting of UN SC.

The size of the seismic activity indicated a nuclear explosion at 6-7 kilotons. Pyongyang also carried out its nuclear tests in 2006 and in 2009.
