MOSCOW, January 23 (Itar-Tass) — All technical and legal issues on the way towards a visaless regimen in relations with the European Union have been settled, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a news conference devoted to the results of 2012.
“Taking a political decision is next in line,” he said.
