MOSCOW, December 22 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian Defense Ministry has dismissed media reports it has allegedly refused to authorize the GLONASS satellite navigation system for service.

“These rumors are not true,” the Defense Ministry told Itar-Tass on Friday.
