MOSCOW, December 1 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s Justice Ministry has approved of the rules of keeping the register of non-profit organizations performing the functions of a foreign agent.

“The instruction was registered at the Justice Ministry on Friday and it will take effect ten days after its official publication,” the ministry said.
