MOSCOW, November 21 (Itar-Tass) — President Vladimir Putin will chair a Security Council of the Russian Federation (SCRF) meeting to discuss "measures to ensure the country’s national security at the initial stage of the functioning of the Russian economy within the framework of the World Trade Organization," the Kremlin press service reported.

The main report is to be made by Economic Development Minister Andrei Belousov.
