MOSCOW, November 20 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s Proton-M launch vehicle with a Briz-M upper stage and a U.S. telecommunications satellite EchoStar-16 has been launched from the Baikonur space ground.

“The vehicle was successfully launched at 22:31 Moscow time from launching pad 81 of the Baikonur space ground,” a spokesman for the Russian Federal Space Agency told Itar-Tass late on Tuesday.
