KIEV, October 28 (Itar-Tass) — Ukraine’s parliamentary elections have been recognized valid, the deputy chairman of the central election commission, Andrei Magera, told reporters on Sunday.

“The voting has completed. A new stage of the campaign – ballot counting – starts,” he said.
