MOSCOW, October 27 (Itar-Tass) — Entrepreneur Mikhail Prokhorov has elected chairman of the Civic Platform party’s Political Committee.

The Political Committee gathered on Saturday behind closed doors.

The party’s press service told Itar-Tass that Prokhorov had been also elected chairman of the party’s civic committee, which would be designed to accumulate views of the party’s members and civil society leaders.
