NOVO-OGARYOVO, October 16 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Vladimir Putin said 313 terrorists who refused to surrender, including 43 terrorist leaders, have been destroyed in the past few months; 479 gunmen have been detained in operations and searches. Putin was speaking at a conference with participants in anti-terrorist operations.
