TBILISI, October 16 (Itar-Tass) — Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili has signed a decree granting citizenship of Georgia to Bidzina Ivanishvili, presidential press secretary Manana Mandzhgaladze told reporters on Tuesday.

Ivanishvili heads the Georgian Dream coalition that won the country’s parliamentary elections.
