MOSCOW, October 14 (Itar-Tass) —— The ruling United Russia party has won 51.31 percent of the vote in the elections to the city Duma of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, after 100 percent of ballot papers were counted.

The Communist Party (CPRF) won 14.07 percent of votes, and the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) – 13.-1 percent.

The A Just Russia party will also get seats in the city legislature, with 7.3 percent of the vote. Vote counting is still going on in one-seat constituencies.
