MOSCOW, September 27 (Itar-Tass) —— Moscow will take asymmetric measures, if the European Union takes visa sanctions against Russians allegedly involved in the Magnitsky affair, the Russian Ministry’s special envoy, Anvar Azimov, said on Thursday.
