MOSCOW, September 11 (Itar-Tass) —— The Moscow authorities have permitted the September 15 March of Millions, which would have up to 25,000 participants.

The city administration has allowed a march from the Pushkinsky Movie Theater along the Garden Ring to Sakharov Avenue, Moscow regional security department head Alexei Mayorov told Itar-Tass. “There will be a rally on the external side of Sakharov Avenue for 25,000 people,” he said. “The march had the same route on June 12. This time they will cross the Garden Ring.”
