KOROLEV, Moscow region, August 20 (Itar-Tass) —— The International Space Station’s resident crew Commander Gennady Padalka and flight engineer Yuri Malenchenko have opened the hatches of the Pirs docking bay and started a space walk.

“The station’s hatches were opened at 19:37 Moscow time,” the Mission Control Centre told Itar-Tass on Monday, August 20.
