Hooligans hurl smoke barrel near Khamovnichesky district court

The police detained several hooligans and brought them to the police station for identification

MOSCOW, August 3 (Itar-Tass) — Unidentified hooligans have hurled a smoke barrel at the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow, where activists of the Pussy Riot punk group are standing trial. Several people were detained.

Young people climbed on the roof edge of the first floor of the building, which is situated near the court, and hurled a smoke barrel in the direction of the court, after that they began crying out “Freedom to Pussy Riot!”

The police detained several hooligans and brought them to the police station for identification.

The incident did not affect the trial.
