SELIGER, Tver Region, July 31 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived at the Seliger Youth Innovation Forum.

The president will have informal meetings with forum participants. It will be free discussion of a wide range of issues, the Kremlin press service said.

It will be the third visit by Putin to Seliger. He attended the forums in 2009 and 2011.
