MOSCOW, July 20 (Itar-Tass) — Police have detained about ten people near the Novokuznetskaya metro station in Moscow for various offences and taken them to a police station, the press service of the Moscow department of the Russian Interior Ministry told journalists on Friday.
In turn, a law enforcement source said that all the detainees were opposition activists who had gathered to hold an unsanctioned rally in support of the Pussy Riot female punk group.
