MOSCOW, July 1 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin has signed amendments to laws on the production and distribution of alcohol and alcoholic beverages, the Kremlin said on Sunday.

The amendments change the definition of ‘wine’ and allow adding concentrated grape must to wine products.

The mandatory licensing of transportation of ethyl alcohol and non-bottled products containing over 25% of ethyl alcohol is delayed until January 1, 2013.
