MOSCOW, June 12 (Itar-Tass) —— Rosneft’s CEO Igor Sechin plans optimisation of the company and to cut the personnel if that is necessary.

Itar-Tass asked him if there are any detailed plans on reduction of the staff. Sechin replied saying: “Some vague ideas.”

“The central staff grew by 30 percent over past three years,” Sechin explained. “We shall see whether it correlated with growth of effectiveness.”
