WASHINGTON, May 31 (Itar-Tass) —— An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 was registered in eastern Kazakhstan on Thursday, May 31.
The earthquake centred 148 kilometres from the country’s biggest city of Almaty at a depth of 25 kilometres, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
