UNITED NATIONS , May 5 (Itar-Tass) —— UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned the terrorist acts in Dagestan which killed at least 13 people and injured over a hundred on May 3.

In a statement released on Friday Ban also extended condolences to the victims of the bombings, their families, and the Russian people and government.
