MOSCOW, May 4 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Dmitry Medvedev dismissed head of the emergency situation service in the Moscow Region Maj. Gen. Yevgeny Sekirin from the post.

The presidential decree was posted at the official internet portal of legal information on Friday.

The decree entered into force since the day of signing on May 2, 2012.
