Janos Ader elected as Hungary president

His candidacy was approved by a constitutional majority

VIENNA, May 2 (Itar-Tass) —— A deputy of the European Parliament Janos Ader, 52, was elected as president of Hungary.

His candidacy was approved by a constitutional majority of two thirds of votes in a direct secret ballot at the Hungarian National Assembly on Wednesday.
