WASHINGTON, May 2 (Itar-Tass) — An agreement on strategic partnership between the United States of America and Afghanistan has been signed in Kabul by Presidents Barack Obama and Hamid Karzai.

The document sets out terms for American military presence in that Southwest Asian country after the planned withdrawal of Coalition forces in December 2014.
