MOSCOW, April 13 (Itar-Tass) —— Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah has been elected President of the National Olympic Committees Association (NOCA) for 2012-2014. The elections were held at the NOCA General Assembly which is underway in the Moscow Foreign Trade Centre.
