MINSK, April 3 (Itar-Tass) — Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko has announced the possibility his country might decide to have a second nuclear power plant.
“If we have your support and cooperation, and if there are proper conditions, we shall be prepared to have a second nuclear power plant built in Belarus,” Lukashenko said at a meeting with the director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Yukiya Amano on Tuesday.
