MOSCOW, March 30 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia will render assistance to Tajikistan stricken by abnormal weather conditions in winter.

“Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has replied to the Tajik president’s appeal with an order to begin urgent humanitarian aid to Tajikistan for its recovery from the abnormal weather conditions of last winter,” the Kremlin said on Friday.
