MOSCOW, March 16 (Itar-Tass) —— The Board of Directors of RUSAL, the world’s largest producer of aluminum, has appointed independent director Barry Cheung as its Chairman. The previous chair, Viktor Vekselberg, resigned last week, RUSAL said on Friday.
