MAKHACHKALA, February 26 (Itar-Tass) —— The Federal Security Service prevented a terror act in the Kizilyurt district of Dagestan.

“A 65-liter keg filled with explosives was found on the exit to Kirovaul on the Caucasus federal road on Sunday,” the service said. Sappers blasted the bomb on site.
