MOSCOW, February 9 (Itar-Tass) — Russia did not received Canada’s protest note concerning arms supplies to Syria, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Thursday.

“We have not received a protest note,” the diplomat said.

He expressed surprise that the Canadian embassy had refused to elaborate.
