“We are an open country no matter what they write and how they frighten with dictatorship,” Putin said
TOMSK, January 25 (Itar-Tass) — Russia is an open country that will never have any dictatorship, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at the meeting with students of Tomsk Polytechnic University on Wednesday.
“We are an open country no matter what they write and how they frighten with dictatorship, we do not have this and will never have,” he said.
“We are an open country with a market economy and this is the choice made by every concrete person. We are a free country,” Putin said reiterating that he supports visa free rules with EU member-states.
