ST. PETERSBURG, January 24 (Itar-Tass) —— The main suspect in the death of a 15-year-old boy who died of beating by the police is district officer Lt. Denis Ivanov, 24. The St. Petersburg Nevsky District Court authorized his arrest on Tuesday.

The incident happened in the small morning hours of Sunday, January 22.
