KHABAROVSK, December 24 (Itar-Tass) — State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin said he ruled out a possibility of self-nominated candidates to the Federation Council in the short run.

Naryshkin told the Vesti V Subbotu television programme that there “are no proposals on working out such law”.
