MOSCOW, December 22 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has suggested introducing simpler rules of the registration of political parties.

“My proposal is a party should be registered at the request of 500 individuals representing no less than 50 percent of the country’s regions,” he said in his annual message to the Federal Assembly.
