MOSCOW, December 15 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said that Mikhail Prokhorov will be a strong competitor at the presidential election, but does not wishes him success as will be running for presidency himself.

“I cannot say I wish him success, but I am sure he will be a strong competitor,” he said during a call-in show on Thursday.
