VOLOGDA, December 12 (Itar-Tass) —— Governor of the Vologda Region Vyacheslav Pozgalev has given in his notice of resignation to the president of Russia. He wrote about in Twitter on Monday.

“I gave in my notice to the president,” the governor writes. “I consider it impossible to govern the regions with such a level of trust of the population.”
