MOSCOW, December 4 (Itar-Tass) — The turnout at the State Duma elections was 11.2 percent at 12.00 MT, CEC deputy chairman Stanislav Vavilov told reporters on Sunday.
CEC deputy chairman Valery Kryukov added that this figure is higher than at the 2007 elections when seven percent of voters went to the polls by 12.00.
