S&P raises long-term credit rating of Nizhni Novgorod

In a commentary the agency’s experts have noted the convincing condition of Nizhni Novgorod’s budget

LONDON, November 26 (Itar-Tass) —— Standard&Poors has reconsidered one step upwards, to BB, the long-term hard currency rating of Russia’s city of Nizhni Novgorod. The city’s national currency credit rating is also up one step to AA, with outlook set at stable.
